    LOAN ORIGINATOR

    After a successful career as an engineer, Casey transitioned into mortgage lending in 2022 with one goal in mind: to make the home loan process more approachable and transparent for families. In just a short time, he quickly became one of the top-producing loan officers in the country, earning Top 1% recognition from Scotsman Guide in three categories: loans closed, purchase volume, and total dollar volume. In 2025, he was also named one of the industry’s Top Emerging Stars. Of all his accomplishments, the one he’s most proud of is being ranked among the Top 500 in the nation for customer satisfaction by Experience.com.

    A proud graduate of the University of Georgia and lifelong resident of Habersham County, Casey takes pride in serving his North Georgia community with integrity, reliability, and genuine connection. His engineering background gives him an edge in problem-solving and attention to detail, while his friendly, down-to-earth approach makes clients feel at ease throughout the lending process.

    When he’s not helping families find home, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with his three kids.

    PIPELINE MANAGER

    Amanda is the steady hand behind every smooth transaction. She fell in love with home financing while doing accounting work in a real estate office and quickly discovered her passion for helping families achieve their homeownership goals.

    With years of experience in mortgage processing and customer service, she ensures each file stays on track from application to closing. Clients appreciate her responsiveness, attention to detail, and friendly communication style, qualities that make her an invaluable part of The Casey Simmons Group.

    Amanda lives in Dawsonville, Georgia, with her husband and their two dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

    TARA HENRY

    SENIOR PROCESSOR

    Tara brings precision, professionalism, and heart to every loan she touches. Since 2015, she has built her career around proactive communication and a commitment to getting every detail right. As Processor, she reviews loan documentation, prepares files for underwriting, and helps clients avoid surprises or delays along the way.

    Known for her organization and dedication, Tara works closely with both underwriters and borrowers to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

    Outside of work, she enjoys gardening with her kids, reading, riding horses with her sister, and spending time with her family in Cumming, Georgia.
